Our Policies

In the event of snow, please check both the website and call the phone at RBI Sports Academy (845-268-9900) and listen to the message there. Sometimes we are unable to post it at both places.

All activities must end and clean up must begin 5 minutes before the end of your scheduled time. This is to ensure the next activity can be started on time.

  • Please return all equipment back to where you found it.
  • Catchers must be in full protective gear.
  • Helmets are required in all cages at all times.
  • All participants must stay in their rented area.
  • All participants must fill out a waiver form before they or their son/daughter enters the workout area.
  • These waivers can be found on the “Forms” tab on the website.
  • Payment and other important information can be found in the section dedicated to that service.
  • Programs require a $100.00 deposit to hold your spot.
  • Lessons require deposit for the amount of two lessons.
  • Team rentals require a deposit for the amount of two rentals.
  • All deposits are non-refundable.
  • Any lesson or service that is not cancelled with in  72 hours notice or you do not attend  you will be charged the full fee.
